Papakura Toastmasters Club enjoys a friendly atmosphere that encourages all members to make the best of their opportunities in life – to learn to speak confidently in the workplace, in business, or any public forum.
Our members come from all walks of life – and they come for all sorts of reasons, perhaps they want to enhance their career, maybe they simply enjoy the use of language and literature.
Nobody is expected to do anything outside their comfort zone, members find that they get the most personal satisfaction when they push themselves and become comfortable with the different roles.
We are a non-profit organisation – if you like us and would like to join, our fees are affordable and simply cover the costs to run the club – it’s excellent value!
Usually, there will be 15-25 members as an audience and some guests.ย Guests are always most welcome – one of the members will guide you through a Toastmasters meeting.
We meet every second Tuesday of the month at The Navigators @ 26 Wood Street, Papakura โ we look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!
