Property Valuations Ltd was established in 2004 with our office based in Papakura.  We service South Auckland including the former Franklin District and North Waikato area.

Our team of registered valuers pride themselves with local knowledge, expertise and experience with emphasis being given to independence, integrity and confidentiality.  All of our valuers regularly update their skills and knowledge through professional development courses with a minimum of 20 hours per year.

All of our valuers are members of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of New Zealand and work under a strict code of standards, ethics and national legislation, (The Valuers Act 1948).

We have a long established relationship with other local professional services and our valuation reports are well recognized within the industry.

Our team consists of senior valuers and graduate valuers and together we have a broad range of expertise and skills to provide a well regarded valuation service in the residential, commercial, industrial, rural, lifestyle sectors of the market.
